2018 - Present

Leading the strategic direction of Global Product Development for Bata's private label brand, Power Athletics, Ian Redcay collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and generates product strategy representative of the commercial requirements for 20+ countries.

2018

Upon completion of a Bachelors of Industrial Design at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, Ian graduated with Distinction and a 10.05 CGPA.

2017

Apart of the design consultancy Rocketship Inc. in Provo, Utah, Ian participated in concept development, 3D prototyping, client presentations and represented the firm at Outdoor Retailer.

2016

Working within the Technical Pack and Apparel design teams at the nation's largest retail co-op, Ian participated in product research, prototype testing and development of future concepts.
